Martin leads his team in the oversight and development of Atlantic’s supply chain strategy, engagement of third parties, contract management, strategic and operational sourcing activities, inventory management and supplier relationship management. His team has refreshed Atlantic’s PSCM strategy and completed the deployment of an end-to-end supply chain system. Martin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) and is the holder of an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University in the UK.
