Lerry Brereton is Vice President – Health, Safety, Security and the Environment (HSSE), responsible for delivering Atlantic’s HSSE strategic targets, leading Crisis Management and Emergency Response (CMER), and supporting the integration of the company’s decarbonisation strategy. With over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience, he has held several senior roles, including Platform Supervisor, Production Team Lead, and Operations Installation Site Manager. His expertise spans safety culture development, major emergency and safety-critical role management, plant commissioning and start-up, production operations management, contract management, and performance leadership across diverse teams and assets. Lerry holds a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and an Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
