Our primary focus is ensuring that our employees and service providers can perform their duties without negative effects to their health. Through our Fitness for Work (FFW) programme, employees and service providers performing high risk activities are required to undergo a suite of medical tests to determine if they are medically fit to do the work. Further, we have programmes and policies focused on Fatigue Management and Noise and Hearing Conservation.

Employees and service providers are also encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on eating right and physical activity through our gym facilities, companywide health and fitness challenges and informational lectures. Employees are also able to take advantage of health counselling, as well as personalized nutritional assessments and counselling via a registered dietician.

In the case of incidents and emergencies, our 24-hour Occupational Health Department provides first aid care for employees and service providers.
