Justin Rahamut is Director, Engineering & Projects at Atlantic, responsible for leading the company’s Engineering & Projects function and ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of engineering services and capital projects. With more than 25 years of experience across the upstream, midstream, and downstream energy sectors in complex Asset Brownfield Portfolios, Justin has held a range of technical, operational and project leadership roles in both local and international assignments. Prior to joining Atlantic, he served as Asset Engineering Manager at Shell Trinidad and Tobago and was a member of the Upstream Leadership Team. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of the West Indies, a Master of Science in Construction and Project Management from the University of Edinburgh and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is highly skilled at problem-solving, managing and directing large multi-disciplined technical, projects & construction teams. Justin has a proven track record as a Trusted Senior technical advisor providing independent, shareholder‑grade assurance and risk‑based challenge, in complex, environments.
