Arlene Hendrickson

Vice President, People, Sustainability, Communications and Culture (PSCC)

Arlene leads Atlantic’s People, Sustainability, Communications & Culture (PSCC) function, guiding strategies that shape the company’s culture, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and build long-term value. She partners with senior leadership to drive initiatives that support business objectives while fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce. In her role, Arlene also oversees reputation management and the alignment of Atlantic’s internal and external communications with its strategic direction. She is responsible for embedding Corporate Social Responsibility within the wider Sustainability strategy, while ensuring environmental and social considerations remain central to Atlantic’s operations. She holds a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Robert Morris College, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, and a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies.
