In this role, Tyrone will be responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing and embedding systematic processes and business improvement plans, including the Asset Management Framework. Tyrone’s team will also be focused on strategic threats and opportunities related to Atlantic’s local and global business and incorporating these into the planning and prioritization of organizational activities. Tyrone brings with him over thirty years of industry experience and over fourteen years in senior leadership roles at bp Trinidad and Tobago, bp United Kingdom and Rosneft Oil Company in Moscow (on secondment from bp). He has a track record of delivering strategic and systematic HSE, carbon reduction and business improvements driven by global industry challenges and performance benchmarks. Tyrone holds a PhD in Environmental Biology, a Masters’ degree in Restoration Ecology, a BSc degree in Natural Sciences from the University of the West Indies and Sustainability and Climate Risk certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
